Zhuzhou East Tools Co., Ltd, the key subsidiary of Hunan Tianying Technology Group Co., Ltd,

 is one state-appointed factory of mining tools under the jurisdiction of China National Nonferrous Metal Industry Corporation (CNCC), founded in 1958 and once named as Zhuzhou Dongfang Tool Works and Mining Tool Division of Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Works. We are located at Zhuzhou city of Hunan province, one famous heavy industrial base of China, covering the area of 106666 square meters with the total asset of RMB31 million and 388 staffs, among which there are 46 engineers and technicians with middle and high professional titles

We occupy advanced tri-cone bits and rock drilling tools manufacturing workshop, high frequency welding workshop, heat treatment workshop, mould equipment making workshop and the various department of measurement, quality control, R & D and technology center. The total main equipment amounts to 300 sets, including 54 computer controller lathes and half auto hydraulic press lathes, numerous high-frequency computer equipment and numerous high accuracy facilities.

The annual volume for the tri-cone bit and the rock drilling tools is 5000 pieces and 800,000 pieces respectively. For the other drilling tools, the annual production capability is 200,000 pieces.

The main products are divided into four series:

1.      Drilling tools for water drilling, oil drillinggeological prospecting and mineral exploitation.

Tri-cone bit series, chisel bit series, cross and button bits series, down the hole bits series, drill bits series for coal cutting, core bits series, drill rods series, coupling sleeve series.

2.      Drilling tools for road construction and slope protection

Road planing and trenching bit series, road picks for grader series, blending shovels series, all steel cross bits series, drill bits series for cutting anchor hole.

3.      Drilling tools for steel refining in large steel works

Steel bit series and drill bits series for cutting iron hole

4.      Drilling tools for architectural engineering

Drill bit series for piling on the architectural base

We are entitled with self-import & export right and has passed ISO9001 quality controlling system certificate. Through the continuous co-operation with inland and overseas clients, we take up and develop new product series, thus enriching and perfecting our product system. With “The East” as our registered trademark, our products enjoy good sales in domestic market and sell well to more than 30 countries and regions, such as Europe, America, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, South-East Asia, Sri-Lanka, Pakistan and South Africa and so on.
